NH Family Voices is a family-to-family health information and resource project. Parents of children with special health, developmental, mental health and educational needs staff it, and these parents have years of experience accessing and receiving services as well as helping others to do the same. "Quality health and dental coverage for your child....and peace of mind for you." New Hampshire Healthy Kids' goal is to provide families with affordable insurance for their children. Children up to the age of 19 can be insured through Healthy Kids. Cost of the insurance is based on family size and income. There is no cost for the Healthy Kids Gold program. Premiums for children enrolled in Healthy Kids Silver vary based on income. You may apply in person or by mail. Please call the above number with questions.


Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)

TANF provides financial assistance through the Family Assistance Program (FAP), and financial assistance and employment and training services through the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP), to families with dependent children to help them become self-supporting. Please contact your local Health and Human Services district office.
